Building your relationship intelligence stack — CTD Guide

Building your relationship intelligence stack

If you're a RevOps, data, or engineering team consolidating your go-to-market tools into a single internal platform, a BI dashboard, or a data warehouse — you're probably missing the most important layer: relationship data. Who your team knows, how warm those relationships are, and whether a warm path exists to any given prospect. CTD exposes all of it via API.

What CTD exposes

Who this is for

How to approach the integration

Three common patterns:

1. Enrich CRM records on demand

When a new account or contact is created in your CRM, call the Workspace API to pull the warmest path and write it back to the CRM record. Your reps see relationship data without leaving Salesforce or HubSpot.

2. Daily sync to your data warehouse

Schedule a nightly job that calls the Workspace API — reachable companies, job changes, path stages — and loads it into your warehouse. From there, your BI tools can model "relationship coverage" across your pipeline.

3. Trigger-based outreach

When a job change is detected for a champion or target persona, trigger an alert (Slack, email, or internal tool) with the warm path to the new role. Your reps get the signal and the introduction path at the same moment.

Getting started

Requires Business or Enterprise plan. Get your workspace API key at app.ctd.ai/account/api-access/api-keys, then see the Workspace API docs at app.ctd.ai/account/api-access/documentation?type=workspace.

For the full endpoint reference, see the Workspace API article.
